From order to delivery

    2. We accept orders placed up until 9:30am on weekdays (12:00pm on weekdays for next day delivery) on the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.

About bundling products

We can accept any item except those that cannot be shipped together.
If you would like to have your order shipped together with another order, we will put the shipment on hold, so please contact us by 12:00 noon the following day for orders placed after 12:00 noon, and by 12:00 noon on the same day for orders placed before noon.

When placing additional orders, the items must match the same name, address, payment method, and shipping method in order to be shipped together.
Please note that we cannot combine shipping if the items have already been prepared for shipping.

About reservation

The reservation period is one week from the date of order.
If you wish to do so, please let us know your request in the "Message to store" section on the payment page, referring to the information below.

Gift wrapping is available at an additional cost.

Return and exchange conditions

Cooling off period: There is no legal provision for a cooling off period for mail order sales, so cancellation by cooling off period is not possible.

Procedures and refunds after returning the product

In case of exchange

    • The replacement item will be shipped after we have inspected the returned item and changed the invoice amount .
    • If there is a difference in the product price, we will charge and refund you using the payment method used at the time of your order.
    • In principle, exchanges will be made for the same product, but if you wish to exchange for a different product and the product price differs from that of your original order, we will charge you the difference in price again . (Please note that we cannot accept exchanges where the difference in price becomes negative.)
If a replacement item is not available due to a shortage, we will refund your money.

      We will provide you with a return/exchange application form.
